Thank you for all you do for Children’s Miracle Network and for your local member hospital. The accurate submission of funds raised in support of the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) is crucial for tracking our collective fundraising efforts. Please review these guidelines carefully and if you have any questions reach out to Amy Moyer (amy.moyer@marriott.com).

The digital form for submitting property fundraising details is below. If you are a franchised property, please still screenshot the form and mail it in with the check to CMN after submitting online so we can attribute your submission to your check.

UPDATE July 30th, 2025 for Managed Hotels: We’re pleased to share an important update regarding the payment process for donations to Children’s Miracle Network (CMN). In collaboration with CMN, we’ve streamlined the payment methods to ensure consistency and efficiency across our properties. We kindly ask that all donations are remitted by the 7th of each month using the process outlined below in the US & Canadian Managed Hotels section. We sincerely thank each of you for your continued support of CMN through your fundraising and donation efforts. Your commitment makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across North America

US Franchised Properties

When submitting a check, please complete the donation form below indicating your property MARSHA code and how the funds were raised. Please screenshot/print the submission page and attach this form as a deposit slip and be sure to include the type of fundraising in the memo of the check as well. All funds should be directly sent to:

US Managed Properties

We’re pleased to share an important update regarding the payment process for donations to Children’s Miracle Network (CMN). In collaboration with CMN, we’ve streamlined the payment methods to ensure consistency and efficiency across our properties.

Donations should not be sent to the local hospitals – funds will be distributed back to your local benefiting hospital through CMN.

The DFA or GM completes and submits the form below on this webpage, to Children’s Miracle Network (CMN).

  • Submit funds via PSAP directly to Children’s Miracle Network. Be sure to include the name of the Event in the memo section – e.g. Breakfast, Aquafina, Root Beer Float, etc.

  • Effective immediately, all CMN donations should be paid using one of the following vendor locations:
    • United States:
    • Vendor Name: Children’s Miracle Network – USA
    • Vendor Number: 0000000166
    • Payment Method: ACH
    • Remittance Address:

CMN is working to streamline efforts on their end to support their accounting teams. To assist with this, we kindly ask that all payments be processed before the 7th of each month.

Do not create new vendor profiles for CMN donations. Use only the designated vendor locations listed above.

  • Accounting Code: 0010.210053 (For MSB Hotels) and 0011.211011 (for FS Hotels).
